Port infrastructure for freight transport on the Rhine
With the commencement of the revised Goods Carriage Act (GCarA) on 1 January 2026, the operator of the port infrastructure for freight transport on the Rhine is required to grant nondiscriminatory access to its infrastructure. RailCom is the regulatory authority in this matter.
