You have a right to non-discriminatory access to federally subsidised intermodal freight terminals. The following diagram shows which topics and processes are covered. Your RU enjoys non-discriminatory treatment with regard to the range of services offered in the following areas:
- hoisting as the main service provided
- additional services that are absolutely necessary to ensure the conveyance of goods along the logistics chain, e.g. temporary positioning or cooling of a transport unit
- shunting to intermodal freight terminals and branch lines

- basic price for handling
- discounts (if available)
- pricing for additional services

There is a legal obligation to publish the terms of use, which contain information that your RU has a right to know, namely:

- description of the facility
