Participatory rights in relation to investment planning
Railway undertakings and sidings operators affected by a specific investment project of an infrastructure manager have a right of participation in its short and medium-term planning of investments. RailCom ensures that such participation can take place in a non-discriminatory manner and settles any disputes concerning this right of participation.
